Freja's story
A life shaped by mountains
Freja started climbing at 19, after moving from Ireland to the Alps. What began as a spark quickly became a calling - and she’s been chasing complex terrain, quiet wilderness, and personal growth ever since.Over the past decade, she’s built a unique and multi-disciplinary profile: alpine routes, first ascents, hard trad, ski mountaineering, and technical mixed lines. Her style is understated but driven - rooted in clarity, care, and an honest love for the craft.
– I have always held an attitude of “anything is possible” and through climbing I can channel that energy.
